Share transfer system
All the transfers received are processed by the
Registrars and Share Transfer Agents and are
approved by the Share Transfer Committee,
which normally meets twice in a month or more
depending on the volume of transfers. Share
transfers are registered and returned within
maximum of 18 days from the date of lodgment
if documents are complete in all respects.

Dematerialisation of shares and liquidity 96.78% of the paid-up capital has been
dematerialised as on 31.12.2012. Glaxo Group
Limited, Eskaylab Limited, Burroughs Wellcome
International Limited and Castleton Investment
Limited, who jointly hold 50.67% of the paid-up
share capital of the Company, hold their shares
in the dematerialised form.
